Meet The Laurel Room
The Laurel Room is the second restaurant from the team behind Pacific Standard Time, the award-winning, California-inspired restaurant that opened in Chicago’s River North neighborhood in 2018. Located eight floors up from Pacific Standard Time, The Laurel Room is a seasonal rooftop spot that takes inspiration from California’s architecture, cuisine and energy. The menu is inspired by our love for fresh baked bread and California's seasonal, multicultural cuisine. The beverage program focuses on house-made spritzes, grown-up slushies and agave-based cocktails (alongside, of course, a lengthy natural wine menu).
The Laurel Room will be open for the season until mid-October, or as long as Chicago’s weather permits. In the meantime, it has a covered roof and will be open rain or shine.

Entrance to The Laurel Room is located at 640 N. LaSalle. Check in with the host at the front doors and they will guide you to the elevators. Please note there will be no queuing inside the building.
